Hi do any of you use Heart Rate variability monitors to assess your physical state.
I'm using the omega wave app but I'm skeptical about the results I get sometimes.
I took a reading and it gave me a readiness score of 6 which recommends you only work out to a moderate intensity and moderate volume, a max hr of say 167.I'm 31.
Then after breakfast, one hour later it gave me a reading of 9 which is very good and recommends that my system is ready for any level of activity, up to a HR OF 186.
How had my readiness to excercise and recovery improved so much in such a small time?
