You're right, I'll see a doc. This sucks, just so frustrating to feel like i am going to be out once again for several months or weeks. i can't string together a year of training and i really want to achieve fast times this year and the next couple. it really sucks to not be able to touch my potential or PR from my senior year of high school. everything is going smoothly and then bam, injury just ruins it all.
I WILL see a doc. I know it's the right thing to do. But are there any exercises I can do in the meantime that will help wit this?
