This is a terrible way to predict an 800. Try doing that workout 3 times with a lap jog between sets, and that will be better (if you must do 200s). Doing 300s and or 400s at 800 pace would be a better predictor.
Do 7x300 @ goal pace with 2:00 rest.
or
2 x 500, jog 100, 200 with 10:00 rest @ goal pace.
run a mile all out
then run a 400m all out
1600+400 = 2000
2000-1200 = 800
Easy, just average your 1200.

Or better yet 3 x 300s with 1 min jog/walk rest, 5 mins rest, do it again.
