I dont care about peaking, Its about solid training this year

Solid training should include peaking at right time and scoring well when it counts for your team.

how did the 800 go? you were asking for a prediction in the other thread. i think i gave you 1:52-1:53?

I'll stick with my prev prediction - I think you can break 1:53
What are you thinking for splits? I'm guessing you want to open in 27, then 28/29?
I wanted to do a 54 first quarter, then hold on from there.
I think that now if I ran a 400, I'd be better then my 52.45 PR, but its imprudent to try to push myself to run a 53 at this point as an opening quarter. I have a high endurance right now that will make a 153 high possible for me.
I think I did my 2s too hard yesterday
Try to run slowest you can to qualify for 800 final.
d-1, how'd you do at conference?
Yeah if you're trying to run a 1:53, no need to go out so fast in 53. Usually people say that positive splitting by a few seconds is best like 55-58, while 53-60 sounds like falling apart.
1:56 prelim/ 1:54.1 final
4:09 mile
