There's no chance they reinstate the program. Simply the administration's angle of appearing to care when in actuality if they cared they wouldn't have made the decisions they did. Temple's never been a top flight program (even in the A-10), so it's not like anything's been lost...
I really hope Temple considers bringing back the team. At Richmond we fought as well, but to no avail. It's sad that our sport is changing this way. Sooner or later all that will be left are the big conference teams and nobody else.
Top Flight Program? They had some pretty good recruits coming in with a few early commitments from the top runners in Indiana. I really feel bad for them. If the decision gets reversed will these guys stay?

Is this Bill guy insane or demented? He won't help track but then helps gymnastics! And its a fundraiser, not even a donation, with all his wealth

Bill has agreed to pledge money to the track team as well. Amount has yet to be determined. Hopefully with an impending decision to reinstate the program he'll finally cut Temple that phat check...Go Owls!
It happened at Radford Univ this week, Richmond last year and the list goes on & on....Sad future for Men's Track in the US at the Division 1 level.
The name says it all...Temple shoulda stayed in the A-10. Makes sense competitively, geographically, etc...
AND cut that damn football team!
Looks like the DoE is getting involved. Hopefully the shake up trickles down. Re-Instate the Teams!
