On Sherman's left shoulder is a tattoo that says, "Humble" Just doesn't seem to fit.
I get the whole 'heat of the moment' but surely he is not GENUINELY humble. Aspiring maybe, but a ways to go.
I once was talked into playing on a low level city league basketball team. My team was made up of software developers. Other teams included doctors, attorneys, teachers, and other professional types. A large number of these guys took the "competition" far too seriously with angry insults and profanity, violent fouls, and the occasional fight. What Sherman said doesn't approach some of what I saw in city league basketball. At least he is a real athlete competing at the highest level in his sport.
