No, if he and Mo focused on one or two distances like 5k and 10k and do good in only them, I'd believe their clean. But to race everything from a 1500m to 21k in world class times and even faster than runners who specialize in distances like the 1500m/mile/21k... Sure as hell I'll think your a doper!
I'm not saying everyone will do it. But I'm confident that for each situation you will have a good number of people falling in those camps.
With respect to Farah, he has dropped that VERY good 3:28, but still doesn't have any other blazing times to his name. It's possible he is more of a 1500/5000 type guy after all with good enough endurance for 10000.
I'm curious to see how he handles London though.
