Hmmm... I live in Colorado, and last week ran four consecutive days in temps within five degrees either side of zero. I feel fine. Temperature isn't the issue, dude. End of thread.

Agreed. My PR is -15F, had no issues at all. OP says "fact." But he offers no hard "facts"... because there are none.
It's a balmy +12F now. I think I'll go out for a snowshoe jaunt after dinner.
My PR is -40
Run -40 multiple times every year.
Thanks Mom.
This doctor doesn't even believe in g, the gravitational constant. Sounds like a clown to me.
not all of us live in Florida, champ
Most enjoyable time to run is in 30 degree weather and snowing. Never had bronchitis or pneumonia. Then again, I'm not a wuss like you.
The absolute worst running weather is 35 degrees and pouring rain. It's almost impossible to stay warm in those conditions. I'd much rather have it be zero and dry.
Double digits below zero aren't too bad, really. It's tough to do any kind of a workout, but if you dress right, you can get your miles in.
Troll -1/10. Aint nobody truly that stupid.
