So my first workout of the season was 4x800. I ended up running them in 2:30, 2:29, 2:26, and 2:28 with 3 minutes rest in between. I have been running for a month and half around 25-35 miles a week working up to 50-60 by january. If you had to guess where would you currently put my 2 mile time at now and by March?
