A) Two or three solid workouts a week (reps, tempos, intervals) at 45-55 miles/week

B) One or tow solid workouts a week at 60-65 miles/week?
This assumes an easy long run each week.

It depends a lot on what you need to work on.
Speed? I would go for less miles but three solid workouts.
Endurance? More miles and as 2 or 3 workouts.
