This 24 mile is one of the hilliest on the race and she's caught her at 2:13
Deba actually ran 5:22 for mile 23. Her best since mile 10.
Jeptoo however blasted a 5:06.

Oh Im sure I dont..she looks just classic.
You are perfectly capable of determining what form you find aesthetically pleasing.
You have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA what form is efficient for a given body.
Glad I could clear that up for you.
Mutai just made the break.
Here we go Mutai, Biwott looking good though.

Jeptoo's form makes her look like she has down syndrome.
Is there an upside to that?
Mutai and Biwott have made their move right before the 21 mile mark with a 4:47 mile

In men's race Geoffrey Mutai and Stanley Biwott just shared a bottle. Good sportsmanship but I don' think it was on the ESPN broadcast.
There we go now they are doing split screen.
Incorrect again. She can clean up her form and become a much better more efficient marathoner. Even her upper body motions are wasteful.
Down below shes knock kneed and has a wierd outward kick.
