Not sure if anything so large and cumbersome has ever been rolled out at once by gov't before. Sure, you can do a lot online now but remember most of those things started small and were added onto.

Yep. It is an even worse failure than appeasing Hitler because at least the Sudeten Germans were reunited with the Greater German Reich as a result of the Munich Agreement.
