For additional workouts or rehab purposes, what is your preferred method of cycling at the gym and why?
I like stationary bikes since they have a fan and HR monitor, although I have a watch I can use if i need to. I am wondering if spin bikes force you into better form or any advantage.
Also.. my shorts have the raunchiest smell from my butt and crotch after workouts and runs. Mostly at the gym I worry that I may smell a little too much, but Im really not sure. Has anyone dealt with this some way that worked? Ive tried to use an aerosol deodorant with no improvement.
