Fill like it is very "endurance" program

I ran a 2:32 marathon off this plan on a hot day.
Are you following the 55 per week plan, or 70+ plan?
Some of the nastiest interval sessions I ever did were following the Pfitz and Douglas 55-70 MPW plan. Ran a 15K PR in a tune up race, then ran a huge marathon PR. Well under 3:00.
55/70 isn't a pfitz plan
it's either 55 or 70, in 12 or 18 weeks. or the 70-85 mpw plan.
and yes, it's got enough speed. more than enough i'd say
i did fairly well off of pfitz 12/70, with 5k PR, 1/2 mary PR, and marathon PR
I think he means the Pfitz 55-70 MPW plan (i.e. the 70 MPW max plan).
