I'm planning to run a marathon in spring term. I have doubts between two. I find both nice for me, and the only thing that makes me to doubt is the altitude. One is 520-540m above the sea level and the other is 0-20m above the sea level. My goal is to improve my best (2:59:43) and I wonder how much influence might have the elevation from the sea level in my performance.
