I'm a sub 2:30 marathoner knowing I need to work at faster running, specifically, want to drop my 5k times down from high 15's to low 15's if possible. Ultimately to help me run a faster marathon in the spring.
I'm not looking for a 12 week plan but more specifically a short list of recommended resources to inform me with methods on how to do this before my next marathon buildup.
