I know it is a little early to start thinking about track, but I have had some extra time and decided to throw together a training plan for spring track. Some background information, this is the first 14 weeks of a 26 week program that is modeled after the Jack Daniels 1500m-3000m training plan. Some information about myself:
800m-(2:05)
16000m-(4:34)
3200m-(9:54)
5000m-15:56

Sophomore in high school, second year running, previous mileage:45-66
I would greatly appreciate any comments on my training; I don't have a coach so I have to structure my own training. If anyone is willing to help me it would mean a lot.
