I am just under 4 weeks out, and these are my last 3 weeks of training. First week was mostly spent recovering form an 18 mile run at goal MP (6:15) on hills the previous Sunday.

W: 10 easy
Th: 10 easy
F: 12 easy
S: 10 easy
Su: 20 with 8x1600 at MP-20, 200m jog recovery

T: 8 easy
W: 20 easy
Th: off
F: 12 easy
S: 10 easy
Su: 2 warm up 4x1600/200 recovery + 6 easy + 4x1600/200 recovery + 3 easy. The 1600s again at MP-20

Su: 3 warm up + half Marathon at goal MP (6:15) on hills + 3 easy
Other notes: Hamstring injury requires extra rest after harder efforts.
So, letsrunners, tell me, reasonable, or am I a total idiot?
I would have liked to have some faster running on the Wednesday 20s, but the hamstring has been flaring up. So I am wondering, would I be better off trying something shorter but faster on Wednesdays and maybe managing a shorter run on Thursdays as well?
