i have my first marathon coming up in 3 weeks at niagara falls international marathon. over the past few months i have averaged around 70-75 mpw, with a couple weeks over 100. some workout highlights include:
4 runs of 20-22 miles and one run of 24 miles
20 mile run with first 10 easy and next 10 in 57:59 (29:13/28:46)
17 miles at MP in 1:40:56
10 mile tempo in 56:06
