haven't done competitive 10k for long time. so i am very interested in your opinion about my actual 10k-time. i feel like i ve got a increase of speed and stamina in the last month.
last week my training was very hard, but it felt good.
sa: uphill race 7k
so: easy pace 12k
mo: 12k 3:50 min/km
tu: 10k temporun first 5: 3:35 min/km last 5: 3:18 min/km
we: -
th: 5k temporun 3:16 min/km
fr: 15k 3:55 min/km
sa: 10k fart lak with tempochanges 500m very fast (3:05 min/km) - 500m fast(3:48 min/km) with no pause.
i know its lot of speed, my average weeks are about 70-90k and usualy not so much speed.
so what do you think? i am enthusiastic espacial about my workout on saturday.
