I'm not Blair. I'm a fan of Pippa Middleton. IS THAT SO WRONG??

Earth the ieie. You may want to check the video that has been posted here.
I saw the video. You obviously didn't. He put his arm out defensively. He did not hit her. She ran into him. And she almost ran into the old guy way on the opposite side of the road afterwards. Why was she still running backwards? Why didn't she immediately get out of the street after the first incident?

And why, after seeing what can happen when you are in the wrong place and don't match people's expectations of where people will be, did she BRING A LARGE GROUP OF KIDS ONTO THE COURSE AT THE FINIAL STRETCH??

Even the sister of the future Queen of England got bumped during a race:

She bumped the guy, took the shirt off his back, and stole his shoes too.
Was she running backward at the time?
I'm just checking in after 12 more pages to say that you are all nuts.
You think you are so cute, don't you.
Look again, honey.Thankfully, the race director and USAT commissioner (as well as everyone who was there) saw it differently.

What do you mean, it's not me???

This is OBVIOUSLY not the real Alison.
Why would you choose to use her name as your handle?
Alison Qualter-Berna wrote:Why don't all of you shut up. I have moved on. I am on this planet, trying to save the whales, help deaf orphans, and prevent global warming. I deserve the right to ruin other people's races and smear them on the Internet. I have earned it by being such a good person. The damage I do to other people is a small matter compared to the good I do. In the history of triathlon there have only been three athletes as valuable to the world as me, and the other two are in red states that no right thinking person would ever visit. Leave me alone so I can make this planet a better place.

Look again, why? Do you deny that she continued to run backwards almost hitting the old man? Do you deny that she took the longest path to remove herself from the road after the 1st contact?

Look, honey. Just because the RD and USAT commissioner took the PC way out of this, doesn't mean that anyone was in the right or in the wrong. It's a way for them to look like they "handled" the situation and hopefully just have everyone move on.
Anyone with half a brain that actually viewed the video knows that neither is faultless. In my opinion, neither should have been DQ-ed. If one had to be DQ-ed, no question it should be the woman.

Wow! ...people do stop and say hello to their family and friends. What exactly is wrong with her saying hello to her family and friends who came out to cheer for her during a 6 to 7 HOUR race.
...this buffoon to try and run her over?
"What exactly is wrong with her saying hello to her family and friends"
Nothing, just don't be an idiot and get in the way of other people.
"this buffoon to try and run her over"
You may not have noticed but a buffoon called Alison backpeddled in to him.
are you guys really still talking about this?
It's almost Friday night. Wait until the drinks start flowing.
I am just glad the race director bought the pack of lies my Charles Scott and my other friends told him. Things turned out even better than I hoped when the RD went on the Internet and made up his own lies. Now you guys stop talking about this. I have moved on. I have a world to save.

Oh, come on. You yourself said it - it's a race:
Definition of RACE:
a) a contest of speed
intransitive verb
1: to compete in a race
2: to go, move, or function at top speed or out of control
If you want the gal's version of reality, call it an event, not a race.
Dick Izzo calls himself a Race Director, not an Event Director
The Toughman website advertises itself as a race, and publishes "Race Results"
If you or the RD want this to be an event rather than a race, then construct it as such. Otherwise, Blair was doing exactly what he needed to be doing, and the woman was completely off bounds
Seems like Alison agrees with you:
"I am "the woman" who was shoved by Blair Cullen. I am also the woman who remembers a great race with my friends Charles and Dan
I do these races for very different reasons than you do"

Honey, the race director and USAT commissioner heard it differently they never "saw it differently", they DQed him without seeing the video.

Excellent save. It was bad when you hit a chick for no reason and was a douche about it afterwards. It got a bit worse when you created dozens of false identities online to rally support for your cause. The one and only way you could have possibly redeemed yourself is by pretending to be a woman on an internet message board.
Consider yourself redeemed.

This is the stupidest meta-joke within this thread. Obviously many people are posting on this thread.
