The pace/distance/recovery was right on, I had a friend taking my recovery time making sure I get this done right. It's the very first time I try this workout. I was alone, started feeling tired on the 9th and at the 21st I was anxious to finish it as my heart rate was getting hard to control. The last one was in 71.8, I decided to go as fast as I could being as efficient as I could without killing myself, maybe I could of ran a 68/69 All out, not much faster.
Id like to know if I have a chance of cracking my PBs from last year or do I still have more work to do?
