Damn.
Damn.
You're all wrong.
If Jace Lowry can surface in true form
Syracuse has a top 7-10 team.
Katie Lembo (Penfield,NY)--#21 FL-- announced she has paired her choices to Duke, UNC, NcSt (PSU).
Jakub Zivec and Zak Seddon will be up there individually, Jeremy Rae has xc and indoor left.

Do we actually have to say "ACC Men's XC 2013" for you to get the point?

Jace Lowry is no longer enrolled at syracuse. He went back home to indiana to help on the family farm [quote]HoosierXC14 wrote:

VT dominates again???? NO FAIR! Are the Foreign Hammer throwers running XC this year?

If vt is the best the acc has to offer the Orange & Golden Domers will roll their new conf!
curtin can't hang with king, or colley, or rae, or hehir. he'll be lucky to crack top 10.
vt had their fluke, won't happen again...
Guess I'm the new favorite, huh boys?
E. Jenkins at Syracuse would be insane.
Major coup for SU!
Good luck EJ!

As has been pointed out by a couple others, Jeremy Rae and JP Mallette both have another year of cross country, so ND basically return all of their top 5. As an alum, I hope they finish better than 8th in their new conference.

Strong conference! Seven teams made the NCAA meet last year.
Finishes at NCAAs last year:
FSU 5th
UVA 14th
Syracuse 15th
Va Tech 22nd
NC State 26th
Notre Dame 28th
Duke 30th
Last year at conference, there was a bit of a gap from Duke back to UNC, and another gap with Wake leading the rest. Does UNC have anything showing they can break into the above seven teams?
I don't know, but I'm in the area and follow all three teams and UNC probably showed the most improvement last spring. A quick search shows the following performers from last indoor and outdoor who have XC eligibility left:
3:58/14:16
14:03ind/4:03
14:07/29:48
14:08/29:42
14:17/29:55

plus a 24:00 from 2012 XC , rs track
