VENTOLIN, what is your prediction for Mo Farah's 1500 today?

With no PRs in recent years but a clearly improved kick to win races, this will be a real test of what Salazar has actually done for Farah.

He did 3:33 in 2009 - has he improved at ANY distance under Al?

if mo runs 3'29 or even dips into 3'28s, i woudn't be surprised 1 iota...

he has the 10k er at 26'46

he shouda smashed the 5k er of 12'49 when running 12'53 with a drivellous 2'38 4tk

he shoud aim at cacho's 1500 er of 3'28.95

i don't think any guy has held both 1500/10k ers since probably nurmi

aim for the 1500 one & pick up the 5k later at a canter...

I think that he'll go 3:32. I think that he may be in faster shape than that but he's not accustomed to 1500m tactics. I don't think that he'll break 3:32.

Last time this race was discussed, I didn't have disbelief in Mos ability to race the times you suggested, but I had no hopes for a fast enough pace, but damn did they actually deliver today. What a fvcking race!

Dissapointing by the Americans, Centro 3.33 high, didn't even show results for Nick and Leo.

Symmonds promised 3.32/3.33, but even in the 1500m put himself to far back...
