What is the best way to acclimate to running a longer race where it is likely to have hot weather?
A. Do you think it best to train when it is cool out and then not use air conditioning and maybe go into a dry sauna to try to get used to heat without it hurting your workouts
B. Do some running in a hot part of the day where you are exerting yourself at a good effort but make sure you sleep in a nice air conditioned room so you max out your recovery?
C. Workout easy runs in cool time of day but do some harder workouts in the heat and try to live in the heat. Don't use air conditioning at night. Live and train in the heat except for easy runs.
