I generally run about 60mpw as a stress reliever, occasionally i buy into the whole "i should take a break once a week" idea usually after 8-9 straight ill tell myself i should just take a day off just to prevent injury.. usually after i take a day off i feel more SORE/achy when i return than i did after running 9 days in a row, can anyone relate? I almost feel like not doing jack on my day off causes my joints/feet/muscles to be more sore, can anyone else relate?
