Assuming you can figure out what "KOHF" and "Allah Arch" are...
For real though, this video showcases the "M.B. Gas" medicine ball routine:
I can't for the life of me decipher most of Bomb, Tank, and Mortar.

KOHF- Kneeling Overhead Forward
OHF- Overhead Forward
BLF- Between Legs Forward
OHB- Overhead Backward
"Allah Arch"- Kneeling crunch, can be done two ways, med ball behind the head or with hands straight up med ball above your head.
MORTAR and BOMB done with heavy implements.
BOMB usually done with 6/7.26 shot.
I am guessing those two below
HHTR- Hop Hop Toss to the Right
HHTL- Hop Hop Toss to the Left
Correction
HHTR- hammer hip toss right (and left, for HHTL). "Basically, stand with legs slightly wider than shoulder width apart, load up, and perform a hip toss. When we've done it, the feet stay on the ground. The tendency on HHTR, for example, would be for the right leg to flail out and twist your body around after completion of the throw.

After a few months, I've got a six pack, with little change in diet. I can feel my core strength on runs for sure.
Thanks for the video, interesting.
I have been using Trey's abs workout for all my athletes, from jumpers, throwers to sprinters, it works well.
Thanks again
