I have seen some threads and posts about Steve Jones' training, but most of it seems to focus on the more widely reported training he did close to his marathons.
I have seen comments by malmo, amongst others, pointing out that his mileage was also higher than the reputed 80-90, typically 100, up to 115 occasionally, in the winter.
So....... can anybody enlighten me as to the structure of his winter training?
I have seen comments attributed to him that he preferred not to periodise, so presumably his winter training was not to dissimilar to the other training reported (though reports on that are inconsistent as well).
