Why would you ever run on a treadmill? Go run outside!
Often out of pure lazyness I do it in the winter. I just cant't be bothered to get everything on and it creates way more laundry. It's not as good but I don't mind it.

Seriously? Go outside and run like you're meant to. The world has lost its mind.
**keeping with the tradition of replying to 2 year old posts**:
...do they not have winter in Utah? i see so much pointless 'holier-than-thou' comments all the time from people saying 'omg go run outside, get some sunshine, why are you a lazy urban vampire, why even run at all if its just going to be on a treadmill, you might as well just stay home' ... like, i live in a place where 6 months of the year running outside is not possible, dangerous, counter-productive, or would require much more preparation and effort than i'm willing to dish out.
why people feel the need to judge others on HOW they remain physically active and healthy is beyond me. speaking of 'how youre meant to', i assume you walk everywhere you need to go and grow/hunt every morsel of food that you eat, because cars and grocery stores are unnatural, the world has lost its mind. -_-
Because it triggers hobbyjoggers like you so much, that's why.
I love running outside... but not in Florida.
Run faster.
