I am a soon to be sophomore in high school that has been running for 3 years with PR's of 1:00.00 400m, 2:18.00 800m, 4:59.32 1600m, 11:28.00 3200m, 18:45.00 5000m, and 40:00.oo 10,000m. my goal for this fall in cross coumtry is a 17:15.00 5k, can anybody help as to what my peak mileage and training paces should be over the summer. If it helps, the peak mileage from this winter was 35 miles.
