Track season has been over for about little over 3 weeks. But I'm physically and mentally ready to get back into the game. I don't want to lose all that I have gained over the summer. I'm a 4x100, 200, 400, and 4x400 sprinter thats trying to improve and get better everytime. What should I be doing over the summer? Distance? Weights? Or just do very light things until Fall and then start...
