Hello experts,
I would love some advice here, on my favorite event, the 8. I am entering my sophomore year of college after 2 years of injury. As a junior in HS I ran 51., 1:58, 4:55, 10:55, and 17:45 (4, 8, mile, 3200, 5k). At the end of Junior year I suffered a bad stress fracture. After 5 months completely off, I started slowly training again for Senior year. But, once again, in outdoor I received another stress fracture on the same foot which ended my year. As a freshman in college, all I could manage was to run a 53, 2:03, and 5:01.
Any advice for me to get back to where I was in HS, (and possibly surpass my past times)?
