Basically my core is terrible. I do SOME core (3 sets of 1 minute planks 3x a week), but not a lot.

Twisting your upper body around while you're running. Also tilting your hips forward and backward, while running.
if you can do 3 sets of 1 minute planks correctly then your core is not terrible

I can do planks correctly for a looong time and I'm not happy with my core.
