I have noticed that after a couple of says off,or significant reduction in training, even when I was feeling good and training had been good, I follow up with a very difficult period where my body feels sluggish and out of sync. Heart rates and performances suffer during this period.
It has always confounded me and recently found a good link that may help better understand this as well as a suggestion on a good method for tapper.
I would greatly appreciate if someone can add to this. TIA
