how fast should it be if I should be able to run a 51 sec 400 m time ?
Thinking of about 30-31 sec ? But dont know

Im gonna run it in training like a time trial but also to simulate the first 250 m so i will run the 250s pretty much as the first 250s in the 400 before a big race in 4 days.
What should the clock say when Im going through the 250 mark? it is of course not 100 % sprint but still at 400 pace with shifting to fast flow from 100-200 m and so on.. 98 % i will say
