    France's Patrick Tambwe.

    Tambwe was born in the Congo and ran 2:07:30.

    Tambwe was suspended from competition for something like 2 weeks not long before the Olympics Games because of abnormalities in his biological passport...

    probably not a very clean 2:07:30.
