Why do you care? Does this affect you in any way? Don't report it and mind your own business.
Is he a volunteer or paid coach?
What if they were married, would that bother you too?
Youngsters of today have a strange sense of values and codes. I mean do they not realize that at the age of 18 you serve your country and are adults ? If the girl wants to bang an older coach let her bang. I wouldn't if I was the coach but why is it such a horror ? I think the drinking age should be 18 like it was and if the girl or the guy is over 16 it is not a sex crime. At 16 we know what we are doing and must learn to live with the results of our actions without reporting it to some magic mothership that will right all wrongs.
If I was the head coach I'd tell my assts it's fine if you are banging but turn in your resignation. Thats why the advice is good where the suggestion is go to the guys face or the head coaches face and clear it up.

Then there's really nothing immoral or unethical about their relationship. It might be a violation of the terms of his job, but so what. If he likes her and she likes him, why would you want to get in the way of that? Sometimes this might seem odd to college freshmen as they are used to being the children and the coaches as the adults, but the girl at 20 is an adult and you really shouldn't interfere in their relationship, assuming you are a cool person and not just contemplating this out of jealousy or something.

It's not jealousy because I personally think the girl is a bit of a whore. It got awkward when they tried to hide it all weekend.

I run for a D1 school. Our assistant coach is in a relationship with one of the female athletes. Most of us on the team are aware of what's going on especially after this last weekend's trip where he was there. Are those of us with a high moral aptitude obligated to tell someone in the Athletic Department? If so, how do you report this?
High moral aptitude, but low English skills

I suggest an anonymous note to the AD. That way you won't have to take responsibility for your actions.
Or name names here and invoke the righteous fury of letsrun.
Rollie Geiger at NC State met his wife when she was running for him back in the early 80s. They are now married and have a son who runs for the team.
It is all about being in a position of authority over the individual:
Coaches, teachers, profs, psychologists, doctors are all in a position of power and should not be able to use it. Even it does not seem like an uneven relationship, it is and is unethical.
