Hadsell's final Human Resources investigation actually shows that he was CLEARED of these deadspin allegations including that there was NO sexual harassment.

Oh wonderful! So the fact that he was hitting on his student athletes and sleeping with some is all okay even though he is the Coach! So he can take back his resignation and get right back to work on Monday!!
LOL! You girls are so stupid it really is sad.
Your immaturity is sad. There is no justification for the situation. The bottom line is the sexual harassment claim was a fallacy and it has been confirmed by the HR investigation.
So, why was he fired ? Gimme a break.
1) Proof? Link? News story?
2) HR is not the responsible party. Higher Ed law requires every educational institution receiving federal funds to have a Title IX coordinator, and complaints of sexual harassment must be investigated by that person or their designee(s). If this wasn't done then they're in a boatload of trouble.
In October they investigated him and did not find corroborating evidence. Hadsell even texts about lying (apparently) during this investigation. He said that the relationship was after the student had finished. The other investigation might not have gone through HR or not been done by then, so it might not have a record yet.Or, you know that it refers to the shoddy first investigation of Hadsell that year and you know it and you are trying to mislead people here...

I'm not sure sexual harassment was the (sole) reason he was fired. Maintaining a sexual or romantic relationship with a student-athlete is neither illegal nor "harassment", but it is against the policies of every athletic department in the country and grounds for termination.
What will be interesting to keep an eye on is the Bev Kearney situation. The last article I read (several weeks ago) indicated that she was pursuing legal action on the notion that her termination over a relationship with an athlete should not be grounds for termination. If a judge agrees with her, that could open up the flood gates for these types of relationships to become allowable, despite the better intentions of the athletic department administration.

Coach PIAMP: Okay ladies today I need you to run 4 miles and keep it easy , you don't want to be worn out for tonight.
Athlete:yes coach
NEXT DAY
Coach PIAMP: YOU GOT MY MONEY
Athlete: He only gave me half on account of my muffin top
Coach PIAMP: Assistant coach where is my coat hanger and it better be hot!
Toledo is fearful of a lawsuit against the college. Therefore the college made the decision that there was no sexual harrassment. If they stated that Coach Hadsell was at fault they would be making it easy to suit the college.
No, in fact HR stated no harassment as it was a two way engagement, not one party chasing the other who was not willing.
There is nothing to sue about as no crimes have been committed you fool.

You are not very smart. Lawsuits and crimes do not have to go together. I'd guess that 90+% of lawsuits have no crime associated with them.
