I was just wondering if anyone takes a supplement or multivitamin that they think is really good. I personally used to take multi-gaurd 180 by Sportpharma and they recently discontinued it. It was a high potency vitamin that protected against free radicals. I currently run an average of about 75 miles a week and do some high intensity workouts that break down my body. I try to eat a variety of fruits, vegetables, and meats (mostly chicken). However, I primarily eat the same fruits (bananas)and eat a lot of starches such as pasta, breads, and cereals. I have recently tried taking a liquad vitamin. The taste is not the best and the convienience factor (refrigerated) sucks. Any suggestions an a quality vitamin to help me keep my body in peak running order would be great.
