my main race is the 800, & I already lift heavy 3x per week on top of running. My lifting routine looks something like:

Bench 3x5
Chinups 2x20
dips 2x15

Dips (+20) 3x8

I have small calves though and I would like to isolate them specifically, would doing a couple calf exercises (heavy) help my running or hinder it? Also, can someone critique my lifting routine?
