I'm a forefoot striker, supinator, 50-60 mpw. The new Nimbus midsole wasn't has cushioned (too hard) as the previous model. I ran in the Pegasus 29 and it was fine, but Nike has got to stop updating that shoe every season-it never fits or feels the same and it's frustrating. I run in both the adidas adiStar Ride 4, which is their top-of-the-line cushioned model, and adidas Supernova Glide. The Ride is firm, responsive but not bulky (adidas lists the weight at 12 oz. but I weighed it closer to 11.) I've got 400 miles and it is probably good for 200 more. The Glide has less cushioning in the forefoot than the Ride, but has great flexibility and cushion in the forefoot, traction, and good wrap around the upper (like the Nike Free.) Said to weigh over 11.6 ounces, closer to 10.6. I use it for tempos and hill drills. Just a consideration. Tried on the Glycerin (great forefoot cushioning, bulky, but may consider) and Volmero 7 (Awful.)
