You must have never run Rim Rock with that commentary.
Rim Rock is no doubt tough, but can be mastered, if you go out too fast in the first mile then the rest of the race is a death trap. I learned my lesson after doing that freshman and sophomore season.
The 5 mile course at Lafayette College has some pretty tough hills that you have to hit a couple of times. Sure isn't one of those pancake flat racetrack courses that so many teams like.
