My 7th-grade pre-pubescent son has run 5:40. He has not even run track yet. Puberty will give him another minute and then training and desire will get him to sub 4:00.

He ran 15:12 this past weekend at Mt. SAC as a freshmen.
James Burke from NY if not Eddie Chez? He's a freshman who ran around 4:15. Doubled 9:25 and 4:16 and I think ran the 4x8 too at the NYS meet.
