That pace or a bit quicker but it won't be accurate as it depends how hard you were trying. Next time you have the urge to ask this stupid question do a 3 mile time trial.It won't kill you. If you race 5km that should be your time

You are correct. More like 17-17:30, but not nearly what I'm looking for nonetheless. Also, the last bump was not me. If wejo and/or rojo wanna rid of this thread that is fine, if it's spamming the boards, I got the answers I'm looking for. Thank you very much!

I'd say 16:20 off of those workouts, assuming semi-decent base and tempos (which I don't see in your post).

Forget those 200s and 400s. If this is your regular schedule, build your Monday with 800s/1000s/1200s/miles instead (like your current Wednesday). Make your Wednesday a 4-5 mile tempo or broken tempo. Keep going with that long run and nice mileage on down days.

You can do much better than 17:30.
