I did a workout a few days ago and my legs have been pretty dead since then even though I've been running around the same mileage. I wanted to do a workout today but my legs felt really dead warming up and on the strides so I bagged it.. I am considering not doing another run today (though my mileage would take a big hit), or doing perhaps what Lydiard recommended and running long and really slow. Do you think that will help?
