Hello! Education in any College involves a lot of work. If you are ready for this, then you can apply to the College of any country, as long as you have enough knowledge. Who told you the lie that U.S. military exists to support liberal (as you say) causes? U.S. military is pro-Fascism. We can have an honest debate on a different thread: merits of left leaning governments v. who benefits from Fascists governments. You need to be honest. U.S. military is pro-dictator and pro-Fascists. When nations around the world elect left leaning governments, U.S. military/C.I.A. attempt to over-throw democratic governments U.S. and U.S. military do not like.
The military does what the politicians order. Trump has us in places now where we probably shouldn't be. When Obama was in office he had us in places we should not have been.
All branches are good, I am biased towards the Coast Guard because I served in it. Coast Guard is not part of the Department of Defense, we used to be under Department of Transportation, then after 9/11 has a unique position as part of the Department of Homeland Security. BUT Coast Guard is considered a military service, because, during times of war or conflict, the president can transfer any or all assets of the Coast Guard to the Department of the Navy, which has been done in almost every single conflict that the United States have ever been involved in.

Who is the paranoid one? I thought I called out Trump and Obama. From what I wrote you decided I'm a Trump supporter. I agree with some of your post about the MIC but I'll have to look up Fascism again because I don't see that.

Sounds good to me. I’m all for supporting whatever groups serve our interest best. We are dominant and we do what we like.
I would never call the Coast Guard as non combatants considering how many drug runners and border violations they go after! However that is just my perspective.
