For the past 6 mths or so i've been having mid & lower back pain. I stretch well after every run and even during the day. I've been to the chiropractor 3 times during this period and they can't find anything out of place. He suggested a massage therapist and getting trigger pt. and deep tissue work done, which i'm doing on friday. Have you noticed dramatic change from this process or have u had similar sympthoms? It's a nagging tightness that doesn't go away but i'm able to get through the run. Bothersome mostly at night sleeping. Well...lets hear your thoughts
By the way, I'm 6’1”, 205 lbs and run between 20-30 miles a week. Most of my runs are under 7 min./ mile pace. I’ve never had any back trouble previously so I don’t think weight is the main factor here.
