The world record holder of 3000m Daniel Komen seems to be on the 1500m startlist of Zagreb meeting tonight (european time). The birthdate seems to perfectly correspond :

They probably have the wrong Daniel Komen listed.
This is morely likely the younger 3:29.02 PR guy than the older 3:29.46 PR guy.
On the slight chance you are not a troll I'll explain.
It's Daniel Kipchirchir Komen (3:29, 3:48, 7:31, 13:04) not Daniel Kipngetich Komen (3:29, 3:46, 7:20, 12:39).
But the start list did reference the 7:20 Daniel Komen based on 1500m PR and birthdate.
Likely their mistake.
Was Daniel Kipchirchir Komen really born in 1976 though? That'd make him 36 years old. The elder Komen (3k WR holder) was born in 76 though, iirc.

The startlist clearly indicates the 3k world record holder. Also this was very unlikely, it just was a possibility. Komen is much younger than Gebrselassie or Lagat, for example. It was the other Daniel Komen, but with this startlist, the original question was not at all stupid.
Many errors have been done in past startlist with many meeting, Daniel Komen will never run again a major race. It is always Daniel Kipchirchir Komen.
