Also, Çakir Alptekin Asli 2 years ineligibility (22.9.2004 - 21.9.2006). Her 3:56.62 was at the Paris Diamond League where she was second to Mariem Alaoui Selsouli, Morocco, since pinged for PEDS, and 2.03 seconds ahead of Abeba Aregawi.
Then there's the Russians: "On 31 July 2008, Tomashova was suspended by the IAAF, along with six other Russian athletes, for doping offences. She was charged under IAAF rules 32.2 (b) and 32.2 (e) for a "fraudulent substitution of urine which is both a prohibited method and also a form of tampering with the doping control process"
