Hi hopefully someone can help me. I'm an 11 yr old girl and recently ran two races. The first was 800m which I did in 2.38 min - the first lap was 1.15 and the second was 1.23. I want to try and get down to low 2.20's.
An hour later I ran a 400m and did a 1.07 min which I was happy with.
But I really want to try and get my 800m time down. What sort of training should I do to achieve this over 3-4 months?
